Edwin Shackleton, 84, breaks record

For this next post you will notice the continuation of a theme on the blog lately. I know it’s focussing on the older age bracket again, but it simply seems as if they are the most active out there when it comes to extreme activity and travelling at this moment in time.

This week has seen the amazing Edwin Shackleton complete a staggering record that has seen him travel across the country using no more than 200 different forms of transport over airm land and sea.

The feat saw him begin in 2009 and has featured many different forms of transport including a camel, microlight, hot air balloon, pony, segway, hovercraft and rickshaw.

Amazing canoe stunt by Jesse Coombs

Canoeist survives dramatic 100ft waterfall drop

EXTREME stunts don’t come much more dangerous and impulsive than this next featured clip. Canoeist, Jesse Coombs, spent two days preparing for the drop to make sure that the cinematogrophy was right to capture this feat and make it look as impressive as possible. You guys can make your own minds up as to whether this guy is an exceptionally brave adventurer, or just a plain nut; bearing in mind this stunt caused Jesse a fractured shoulder and a collapsed young- the risks you take when living to the EXTREME.
