BMX is an extreme sport which involves stunt riding on BMX bikes.
BMX dates back to the 1970’s when kids started riding bikes in concrete Escondido reservoir channels in San Diego, California. In the early 1990’s BMX freestyle suffered a decline in its commercial property, but now since the 2000’s BMXing has improved greatly with kids and adults all over the world going crazy for it. Skater boy magazine published photos of kids on bikes riding in empty swimming pools in 1975.
There is a lot of skill and a wide variety of tricks involved with BMXing, tricks include… air tricks, a 360, tuck no, full cab, crank flip and then flatland tricks, wheelie, bunny hop and steam roller, all tricks are very skilled and challenging.
