Latest weather crisis brings winter sports closer to home

This weekend saw more evidence of inventive winter sports activities taking place – many taking advantage of the unusual snow conditions.

Its great to take advantage of the Alps and arctic conditions which have arrived on our doorstep these past few days but whilst you would normally tend to think about taking out accident and travel insurance when you book for a winter sports break – just in case something goes wrong – it goes without saying the same could still happen during these impromptu moments of winter activities, but somehow I don’t think this activity qualifies.

In these extreme weather conditions you still need to be aware of your own personal safety and liability to others both property and personal.
