World Record Kiteboard Flying from 790ft!

Although he is being towed, Jesse Richman has reached the dizzy height of 790ft (or 240m!) on his kiteboard. As Red Bull’s King of the Air 2013 and 2008-2009′s Overall World Champion in Kitesurfing, Jesse can now add current kitesurfing hang time world record holder with this latest stunt.

This amazing feat took place at the Colombia River Gorge, Oregon, where, having been released at 790ft in the air, Jesse had to move back down to land in the water through wind power alone!
