Nik Wallenda took 22 minutes and 54 seconds to walk across a 2in steel tightrope 1,500 feet above the Grand Canyon.
If that’s not mad enough there was no safety harness, he just used a massive balancing pole!
Check out the video of him finishing the tightrope walk, he almost runs across the steel rope to the end.
Mr Wallenda is from a family of daredevils and in 1978 his Great Grandfather died trying a similar stunt in Puerto Rico.
In June last year Nik completed the first tightrope walk over Niagara Falls in over a century.

Dorothy Custer this week celebrated her 102nd birthday in extreme fashion, by BASE jumping from a bridge in Idaho over Snake Valley river. Sounds pretty impressive, yeah?
Well, Dorothy wasn’t too enthralled by the stunt, professing that the jump was ‘too short’!
It certainly wasn’t from the sort of heights we’ve seen Valery Rosvov take to the skies but we think it’s still pretty inspiring stuff from Dorothy. See her in action here.

UK adrenalin junkie, James Kingston, took risk taking to another level this week.
A POV video posted online this week shows James as he climbs up a 250 foot crane and proceed to dangle from the top of it. Not only that, he also uses just one hand to cling to the top of the crane, producing some stunning shots.
James announced that he ‘wanted to go up there to live, not die’. The mantra of many a nutter before him.
We felt a little queasy after watching this one!
This video comes with *Extreme Activity Hazard Warning Lights*
